Salami & Rocket Pizza
Serve up a tasty meal everyone will love with our delicious fresh pizza bases. Add your favourite salad and dinner is done!
Ingredients
2 Bakers Delight Pizza Bases
200g Italian salami slices
200g cherry vine tomatoes
2 cups fresh washed rocket
1 cup torn mozzarella
1 cup of tomato passata
Method
STEP 1
Place 2 metal trays in the oven and pre-heat to 220C.
STEP 2
Spread passata over bases, top with mozzarella, salami and cherry tomatoes. Place on a hot tray and bake in oven for 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Remove from oven and sprinkle over fresh rocket leaves.
