Lunchbox Pizza Toast
Serves 2 Difficulty Easy
Make lunch fun with kid-friendly cheese and ham pizza toast! Cheesy, tasty, and perfect for cutting into fun shapes they’ll love.
Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup of shredded cheese
100g of finely sliced ham
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
STEP 2
Place 4 slices of Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf onto a lined baking tray
STEP 3
Top each piece of bread with 1/2 tbsp of tomato paste, 25g of shredded ham & 1/4 cup shredded cheese
STEP 4
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until toast is golden & cheese is melted
STEP 5
Wait to cool then cut into desired shapes and add to lunchboxes
