Hot Cross Buns 3 Ways Recipe

Hot Cross Buns, eh? 3 ways to nail Easter baking! Classic, S’mores, or Cheese Board – choice is yours!
Ingredients
3 Bakers Delight Traditional Hot Cross Buns
2 tbsp Nutella
1 large marshmallow
1 tbs onion chutney
3 slices prosciutto
2 slices brie
1 tbsp raspberry jam
1 tbs whipped cream
2 strawberries, sliced

STEP 1
Cut the 3 Traditional Hot Cross Buns in half
STEP 2
Toast the buns either in the toaster or under the grill
STEP 3
To assemble the S’mores Hot Cross Bun, spread a tbsp of Nutella across both sides of one Hot Cross Bun. Then place the marshmallow on the bottom half and place under the grill until toasted. Place the top half back on
STEP 4
To assemble the Savoury Hot Cross Bun, spread a tbsp of onion chutney on the bottom half of one Hot Cross Bun. Then layer with the prosciutto and brie. Place the top half back on
STEP 5
To assemble the Strawberry & Cream Hot Cross Bun, spread a tbsp of jam on the bottom half of one Hot Cross Bun. Then add a tbs of whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Place the top half back on
STEP 6
Serve your 3 Hot Cross Buns and enjoy!
