Pesto & Sundried Tomato Toastie
Serves 1 Difficulty Easy
When you’re craving something warm, cheesy, and quick, this toastie delivers. It’s the kind of lunch that hits the spot after a busy morning or a cold walk outside.
Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna
2 tbs butter
4 tbs pesto
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
Method
STEP 1
Spread 1 side of each slice of Sourdough Vienna with butter, then 1 tbs of pesto & top with sundried tomatoes
STEP 2
Top 2 of the 4 slices with cheese and then sandwich together
STEP 3
Place into a hot sandwich press until golden and the cheese has melted. Serve immediately
