Elevate your lunch with this vibrant green goddess sandwich on our Cape Seed Loaf, packed full of fresh ingredients and delicious roast chicken.
Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf
1/4 cup (65g) pesto
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup (125g) roast chicken breast, shredded
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 cup (40g) alfalfa sprouts
30g bean sprouts
4-6 ribbons cucumber
Method
STEP 1
Spread pesto over 2 slices of our Cape Seed Loaf
STEP 2
Build sandwich on once slice with baby spinach, roast chicken, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, bean sprouts and cucumber
STEP 3
Top with remaining slice of bread and serve
