Choc Chip Hot Cross Bun S’Mores

Indulge with this delectable twist on a classic s’mores, guaranteed to impress!

Ingredients

6 Bakers Delight Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns – cut in half
6 large marshmallows
2 blocks of dark chocolate
Blowtorch

Method

STEP 1

Place Hot Cross bun halves into a sandwich press and toast until golden brown

STEP 2

Cut the chocolate into large squares (4 smaller squares) the size of a Hot Cross Bun

STEP 3

To assemble place a chocolate square onto the base of a hot cross bun, followed by a marshmallow and topped with a hot cross bun top

STEP 4

Carefully using a blow torch toast the sides of the marshmallow and melt the chocolate slightly
