Mini Sourdough Roll Quiche
Find your quiche niche with our Sourdough Rolls. Just make as many as you need for breakfast, lunch or even entertaining!
Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Sourdough Roll
1 egg
½ a rash of bacon cut into a small dice
1 tsp chives, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Method
STEP 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
STEP 2
Using a small knife, cut the top off the Sourdough Roll. Scoop out the bread ensuring not to make any holes in the crust
STEP 3
Crack an egg into the Sourdough Roll and sprinkle over the bacon bits, season with salt and pepper
STEP 4
Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking
STEP 5
Sprinkle with chives to serve
