Mini Potato, Blue Cheese & Prosciutto Pizza
Our Mini Pizza Bases are perfect for entertaining or simply treating yourself. Try topping them with potato, blue cheese and prosciutto tonight!pizza!
Ingredients
Bakers Delight White Mini Pizza Base 4-Pack
2 small potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
20g blue cheese
2 tbsp caramelised onion relish
2 slices of prosciutto, torn into strips
Method
STEP 1
Place a metal tray in the oven and pre-heat to 220°C
STEP 2
Place 5-6 slices of potato slightly overlapping onto each pizza. Top with mozzarella and relish. Crumble the blue cheese over the top
STEP 3
Carefully place the pizzas onto the hot tray and bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese has melted
STEP 4
Remove from oven and top with the prosciutto
