Swedish Open Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf
2 tbs spreadable cream cheese
Cucumber
Red Onion
2 eggs
Fresh dill
Salt & pepper
Method
STEP 1
In a small pot on the stove, bring water to the boil. Add the eggs and leave for 10 minutes until hard boiled. Allow to cool, then peel your eggs and cut into quarters
STEP 2
Ribbon the cucumber using a vegetable peeler. Finely slice the red onion
STEP 3
Take 2 slices of fresh Bakers Delight Cape Seed Loaf. Spread each slice with 1 tbs of cream cheese. Layer on top the cucumber ribbons & red onion. Top each slice with the quartered boiled eggs, fresh dill & season with salt & pepper
