Roast Beef Sandwich
Elevate your sandwich game with our delectable roast beef masterpiece made with Bakers Delight’s Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf (our top favourite loaf!)

Ingredients
Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf
Roast beef slices
Onion of choice, thinly sliced
Dill pickles, thinly sliced
Dijon mustard
Tomato relish
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
STEP 1
Preheat a grill or a panini press.
STEP 2
Slice the Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf into even slices, about 1/2-inch thick.
STEP 3
Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on one side of the bread slices. On the other side, spread a generous amount of tomato relish.
STEP 4
Layer the roast beef, sliced onions & dill pickles evenly on the slices.
STEP 5
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
STEP 6
Drizzle a little olive oil on the outside of the sandwich.
STEP 7
Place the assembled sandwiches on the preheated grill or panini press.
STEP 8
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts.
STEP 9
Remove from the grill, cut the sandwiches diagonally, and serve immediately.
