Mini Lamb Kofta Pizza
Treat yourself to our Mini Pizza Bases with these gourmet toppings. You won’t need to share a bite!
Ingredients
Bakers Delight White Mini Pizza Base 4-Pack
4 tbsp basil pesto
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
8 pre-packaged small lamb koftas, broken in half
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
Mint leaves to serve
Method
STEP 1
Place a metal tray in the oven and pre-heat to 220°C
STEP 2
Spread the pesto over the pizza bases and top with cheese, lamb koftas and red onion
STEP 3
Carefully place the pizzas onto the hot tray and bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese has melted
STEP 4
Remove from oven and sprinkle with the mint leaves
