Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Sourdough
250g soft ricotta cheese
1 punnet of strawberries
1 punnet of blueberries
1 punnet of raspberries
1 punnet of blackberries
Fresh mint, for garnish
Method
STEP 1
Toast the sourdough slices to your desired level of crispness
STEP 2
Spread a generous layer of ricotta over each slice while the toast is still warm
STEP 3
Arrange the sliced fruit evenly on top, layering to taste
STEP 4
