Air Fryer Bacon & Egg Boats
Serves 4 Difficulty Easy

Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight White Block Loaf
4 eggs
100g shredded mozzarella
80g bacon, finely chopped
Cracked black pepper
Finely grated parmesan, to finish
Method
STEP 1
Separate the 4 eggs, keeping the whites in a pouring bowl and yolks kept in shells
STEP 2
Place the 4 slices of bread into the base of your air fryer basket
STEP 3
Use the back of a spoon to press each slice down firmly, creating a “well” in the centre
STEP 4
Pour the egg whites evenly into the wells. Crack over some black pepper
STEP 5
Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes, or until the egg whites are just set
STEP 6
Remove from the air fryer. Scatter the mozzarella around the edges of each toast, followed by the bacon
STEP 7
Carefully place one egg yolk into the centre of each toast
STEP 8
Return to the air fryer and cook for a further 5 minutes at 180°C, or until the cheese is melted and the yolks are cooked to your liking
