Brie and Pomegranate Bruschetta
These delicious bruschetta will go down a treat at your next dinner party and are so easy to make. The pomegranate seeds give a pop of colour which your guests will love!
Ingredients
1 Pane Di Casa French Stick sliced into 1-inch slices
2 tbsps. olive oil
1 large wheel of brie, sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tbsps. chopped flat leaf parsley
Balsamic glaze
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
STEP 2
Line a baking tray with baking paper, add bread slices to the tray and lightly brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 3 minutes or until lightly golden.
STEP 3
Flip the bread slices over, place sliced brie on the non-toasted side. Return the tray to the oven until cheese is slightly melted (about 1-2 minutes).
STEP 4
Place the bruschetta on a plate or chopping board to serve, drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and parsley.
