Ingredients
4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Wholemeal Block Loaf
1/2 cup cranberry relish
30g baby rocket
80g Jarlsberg cheese
150g shaved roast turkey breast
1 fresh peach sliced
Method
STEP 1
Lightly toast bread under the grill or in toaster
STEP 2
Arrange rocket, cheese, turkey and sliced peach on top of the bread. Season with salt and pepper. Serve
