The Melting Rainbow Toastie
Packed full of veggies, we’ve created our very own rainbow toastie to be Instagrammed and devoured!
Ingredients
2 slices Bakers Delight Sourdough Vienna
1/2 cup baby spinach
100g pumpkin, sliced and peeled
100g beetroot, tinned and sliced
100g mozzarella cheese
Method
STEP 1
Butter both slices of Sourdough on one side
STEP 2
Layer spinach, beetroot, pumpkin and cheese on the unbuttered side of bread
STEP 3
Fry the sandwich buttered side down for approx 2 minutes until golden, then flip and fry for another 2 minutes on the other side, pressing it down with a spatula
