Strawberry Cheesecake Croissant Pudding Recipe

Serves  4                     Difficulty  Easy

Treat yourself to a Strawberry Cheesecake Croissant Pudding Recipe—buttery croissants, creamy custard & fresh strawberries in every bite!

Ingredients

2 Bakers Delight Croissants
250g light cream cheese
1 cup milk
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 strawberries roughly chopped
2 tbsp icing sugar

 

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 180°C

STEP 2

Cut the croissants into halves and then quarters

STEP 3

Whisk together the cream cheese, milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. (it’s okay if there are still clumps of cream cheese, these will bake out)

STEP 4

Evenly place the croissants in a baking dish, top with the strawberries and pour over the cream cheese mixture

STEP 5

Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown. Remove from the oven, top with icing sugar and enjoy!
