Spag Bol Pizza

Wondering what to do with that leftover spag bol? How about turning it into a pizza! Try it for yourself with our Pizza Bases.

Ingredients

Bakers Delight White Pizza Base 2-Pack
¾ cup tomato passata
1 cup grated mozzarella
2 portions of leftover spaghetti bolognese
¼ cup shaved parmesan, to serve

Method

Burgers

STEP 1

Place 2 metal trays in the oven and pre-heat to 220°C

STEP 2

Spread the passata over the pizza bases and top with the mozzarella. Mix the leftover spaghetti with the leftover bolognese sauce and spread evenly over the pizza bases

STEP 3

Carefully slide the pizzas onto the hot trays in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until edges are golden and spaghetti is slightly crispy

STEP 4

Remove from oven and sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese
