Ingredients
6 Bakers Delight Plain Finger Buns
1 egg white
½ cup glucose syrup
Pinch salt
100g icing sugar
18 marshmallows
100g dark chocolate, melted
3 Marie biscuits, crushed
Method
STEP 1
Add egg white, salt and glucose to a stand mixer or electric beaters fitted with the whisk attachment and whisk until mixture is glossy and white, about 5 minutes
STEP 2
Add icing sugar and mix for a further 2 minutes until ingredients are incorporated. Spoon into a piping bag
STEP 3
Using a small knife, cut a rectangle from the bottom of each finger bun and remove in one piece
STEP 4
Pipe the marshmallow mixture into the hole you have created in each finger bun, then replace the piece of bun you removed back onto the bottom of the bun
STEP 5
Top with melted chocolate, marshmallows and crushed biscuits
STEP 6
Using a blow torch, char the marshmallows. If you don’t have access to a blow torch, place marshmallows on a lined tray under the grill before adding to the finger buns
