Roasted Turkey Sandwich
Indulge in perfectly roasted turkey, creamy brie & tangy cranberry sauce – all between our nutritious and flavoursome bread.

Ingredients
Bakers Delight’s Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf
Sliced roasted turkey
Brie cheese slices
Cranberry sauce
Dijon mustard
Red onion, thinly sliced
Butter or olive oil
Method
STEP 1
Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.
STEP 2
Slice the Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf into desired thickness for the sandwich.
STEP 3
Butter or brush olive oil onto one side of each bread slice.
STEP 4
Place the bread slices, buttered side down, onto the heated pan.
STEP 5
Add your toppings! Layer the turkey slices on one bread slice and top it with Brie cheese. Spread cranberry sauce on the other bread slice. Add a layer of Brie cheese slices. Place a few slices of red onion on top of the greens.
STEP 6
Close the sandwich by bringing both prepared bread slices together.
STEP 7
Grill the assembled sandwich in the pan until both sides turn golden brown and the cheese melts.
STEP 8
Remove from heat, slice, and serve 👏
