Our Ploughman’s Board is perfect for feeding a crowd. Load the board up with scones and fillings, and let everyone create their own scone sandwich!

Ingredients

3 Bakers Delight Date Scones, halved
3 Bakers Delight Traditional Scones, halved
125ml (1/2 cup) tomato chutney
200gm shaved ham
180gm block sharp cheddar
8-10 pickled onions, sliced
8-10 mini gherkins

Method

STEP 1

Smother two halves of a Date Scone with tomato chutney

STEP 2

Place ham, cheddar cheese and sliced onions onto the bottom half. Top with remaining scone and secure a mini gherkin with a toothpick

STEP 3

Repeat steps with a Traditional Scone
