Breakfast Jaffle
Start the day off with an easy brekky jaffle, using only five ingredients. We wouldn’t blame you for enjoying this one for lunch too!
Ingredients
2 slices of Bakers Delight White Loaf
10 slices of parmesan cheese
10g baby spinach
1 small egg
3 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Method
STEP 1
Preheat jaffle maker. Place slice of cheese on 1 slice of the bread. Top with spinach and tomatoes. Break egg over the fillings and then sandwich with remaining bread
STEP 2
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until toasted and egg just set. Serve
