Croissant Club Sandwich

The club is getting an upgrade! Forget about the dry sandwiches you used to know and say hello to your favourites, plus avocado in our buttery croissants.

Ingredients

1 Bakers Delight Croissant
1 tbs whole egg mayonnaise
4 rashers short cut bacon
100g sliced turkey breast
Handful, lettuce
3 slices red onion
3 slices tomato
1/4 avocado, sliced
3 sliced Jarlsberg cheese

Method

STEP 1

Slice the croissant in half

STEP 2

Spread both sides with whole egg mayonnaise and fill with bacon, turkey breast, lettuce, red onion, tomato, avocado and Jarlsberg cheese

STEP 3

Top with croissant half and serve
