Choc Cherry Choc Tops
Don’t wait in line at the candy bar! Cool down this summer and treat yourself to a DIY choc cherry choc top at home.
Ingredients
½ Bakers Delight Large Choc Cherry Brownie Cake or 4 small, crumbled
2L vanilla ice cream, softened
75g (1 cup) shredded coconut, plus extra for garnish
1 cup mini marshmallows, plus extra for garnish
12 medium waffle cones
375ml (1½ cups) ice magic
Method
STEP 1
Place Choc Cherry Brownie Cake, ice cream, shredded coconut and mini marshmallows in a large bowl. Using a spatula, mix to combine
STEP 2
Transfer mixture into ice cream container and re-freeze overnight to set
STEP 3
Using an ice cream scoop, top 1 waffle cone with ice cream
STEP 4
Dip into ice magic and sprinkle with garnishes
STEP 5
Repeat steps for remaining cones and serve immediately
