Chia & Fruit Loaf Cups
100% delicious, 0% added guilt. Who can say no to these healthy fresh fruit cups made from our Chia & Fruit Loaf which contains no added sugar? Not us!
Ingredients
1x Bakers Delight Chia & Fruit Loaf (12x Slices)
2x Kiwi fruits
1x Punnet Blueberries
2x Bananas
1x Punnet Strawberries
500ml of Greek Yoghurt (No added sugar)
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180°C
STEP 2
Flatten slices of Chia & Fruit Loaf with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts. Press slices into muffin moulds
STEP 3
Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the bread is golden
STEP 4
Fill bread with greek yoghurt and fresh fruit
