Our Continental Hungarian Roll is perfect for homemade Banh Mi!
Ingredients
4 Bakers Delight Continental Hungarian Rolls
300g Roast Pork
4 Tbsp store bought chicken liver pate
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 lebanese cucumbers cut into thin long strips using a vegetable peeler.
4 radishes cut into thin slices.
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
4 sprigs or corriander, leaves picked.
1 long red chilli thinly sliced
Method
STEP 1
Split the Rolls in half length ways and spread with pate and mayonnaise
STEP 2
Divide the pork, cucumber, radishes and red onion between each roll
STEP 3
Scatter chilli and corriander over each roll
